First Bank (FBNC) seeks a Customer Support Specialist-Bilingual to assist Spanish-speaking customers and branch staff via phone, email, chat and secure messages. You will provide first call resolution on retail banking inquiries and support Online Banking, Bankcard, Mobile Deposit and Bill Pay services. The role requires excellent English and Spanish communication, confidentiality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while promoting Service Excellence and handling confidential #J-18808-Ljbffr
