This expertise assures you of our ability to handle the largest and most complex packages quickly and efficiently.Panelmatic is seeking a Logistics Coordinator, responsible for coordinating shipments, managing transportation providers, maintaining shipping documentation, and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of products. This role works closely with production, warehouse, customer service, and freight partners to support efficient logistics operations and customer satisfaction.Job Duties:Coordinate domestic and international shipments to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.Schedule and manage freight pickups, deliveries, and transportation services with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, export documents, and customer-specific requirements.Monitor shipment status, resolve transportation issues, and communicate updates to customers and internal teams.Maintain accurate shipping, inventory, and transportation records while ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with production, warehouse, purchasing, and customer service teams to improve logistics performance, shipment accuracy, and operational efficiency.
