We are seeking a Boy's Soccer Camp Lifeguard for Summer 2026 Athletic camp session. The Boy's Soccer Camp Lifeguard is required to oversee the pool while boy's soccer camp participants are swimming. The lifeguard is required to have a current lifeguard certification. Please note that this role is in person based in Arlington, VA. Position will be open until filled. Compensation/Total Rewards The hourly rate for this position is $18.00. It is competitive, market-based, and aligned with the University’s financial framework. Part-time employees are eligible to contribute to the university’s 403(b) retirement plan on their own.
