Overview Remote Mental Health Therapist - (NC Licensed) Responsibilities Conduct evidence-based therapy sessions for clients ages 10 and up Complete diagnostic assessments (CCAs) and develop measurable, goal-oriented treatment plans Build and sustain strong therapeutic relationships with clients Deliver culturally reflective services tailored to individual client needs Utilize evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based practices Submit timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency and Medicaid standards Qualifications Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related mental health field Active North Carolina licensure: LCMHC, LMFT, LCSW, LCAS or associate-level license Associate licenses are welcome with an active Supervision Agreement Must attend virtual clinical team meetings Must maintain a minimum client caseload per agency policy Strong writing, documentation, and organizational skills Comfortable using EHR systems and delivering virtual care Must pass a background check and be credentialed with insurance panels, state and federal programs including NCTracks Professional, dependable, and committed to improving mental health access in underserved communities across North Carolina Compensation & Perks $35–$40 per session | $40–$50 per assessment Focus on clinical work while we handle scheduling and admin tasks Set your own hours – fully remote and flexible Listed on major therapy directories under our agency for increased client referrals Referral incentives and ongoing professional development opportunities Supportive, mission-driven team culture that values autonomy and collaboration How To Apply Express interest via Indeed Complete a short one-way video interview Apply today and join a team committed to equity, healing, and transforming lives in underserved communities across North Carolina. #J-18808-Ljbffr TSG Behavioral Health & Community Services (TSGBH)
