This person will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote residential real estate properties and new communities in the Fort Lauderdale/Palm Beach, FL area. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market and the ability to create compelling marketing campaigns that drive engagement. Campaign work will include: email marketing, events, social media, PR, and working with creative teams on producing marketing materials. **This role requires 4 days on site in either their West Palm Beach or Fort Lauderdale office. 1 day can be remote. Experience in the South Florida real estate market will be required** Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing plans for real estate listings and projects Manage email marketing campaigns, including content creation and audience segmentation Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies Collaborate with real estate agents and other stakeholders to ensure marketing alignment Create promotional materials and marketing content that effectively communicate the value of listings Oversee social media marketing and digital advertising efforts Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making adjustments as necessary Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in the real estate industry Strong understanding of email marketing strategies and best practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive marketing decisions Experience with project management and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously Familiarity with copywriting, messaging, and promotional strategies is a plus Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Marketing Industries Marketing Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Creative Circle by 2x Inferred from the description for this job Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Get notified when a new job is posted.
