Campus To Careers Project Coordinator

NTT DATA Services Campus to Careers program has experienced significant growth and seeks a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team in support of this program. The Coordinator will be part of a dynamic Talent Acquisition team having the opportunity to interact with business and human resource leaders across the company.Job Responsibilities:Build & maintain a network of Colleges, Universities, and Training ProgramsIdentify & maintain a network of diverse groups at Universities & CollegesIdentify & maintain a list of Campus Career events and coordinate with recruiters to attend events when possibleCoordinate Campus To Career programs (reserve rooms, maintain activity task list, set up preplanning conference calls, help schedule interviews)Coordinate Corporate Internship program set up and internship eventsBe point of contact for special internship programs (etc Paul Quinn College)Assist with diversity and veteran initiativesCommunicate with recruiters, facilities, executive admins, all levels of management, and ExecutivesParticipate in and document strategy sessionsAssist with the development of and coordination of internal & external branding materialsPreferred Qualifications:Excellent Communication SkillsExpertise in online research and social mediaBasic understanding of branding and marketing campaignsBasic to expert MS Excel skills (i.e. collecting and summarizing data efficiently)Basic to expert MS PowerPoint skillsBasic Requirements:Minimum 1yr of coordination experience on a Talent Acquisition (recruiting) teamMinimum 2 yrs of MS Office Experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Minimum 1 yr of Reporting experience and creating PresentationsPosting Date:Department: -
