RN: OR

Job Description: Join our travel RN‑OR team in Fort Worth, Texas, supporting a high-volume Surgery unit focused primarily on neurosurgery (85% spine, 15% brain) alongside a mix of other procedures, including general surgery, crani, orthopedic, robotic cases, and occasional urology and plastic. This assignment includes both CVOR and transplant cases, with call requirements and varied scheduling based on unit needs. You’ll work 12‑hour days with a rotating work pattern (Mon/Thurs/Fri with 06:30–19:00 shifts, or Mon/Wed/Thurs/Fri with 06:30–17:00 shifts, as directed). Expect a typical OR workflow supported by 1–2 surgical techs per case, using Meditech documentation and advanced equipment including da Vinci XI, Globus, and Mako, plus microscopes and standard OR instrumentation. We’re looking for an RN who brings strong acute‑care OR experience, with at least 2 years in a hospital setting (not a surgery center). NIH is required for this role.
