What You'll Do

• Develop and manage your own commercial book of business within the agency.
• Prospect through networking, referrals, centers of influence, and agency-provided opportunities.
• Respond promptly to incoming commercial insurance leads.
• Build long-term relationships with business owners.
• Analyze client exposures and design comprehensive insurance solutions.
• Prepare submissions and negotiate with insurance carriers.
• Conduct annual coverage reviews and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Work alongside our experienced commercial service team to deliver exceptional customer service and account retention.

Qualifications

We're looking for professionals who have:

• Active California Property & Casualty License.
• Commercial insurance sales experience preferred.
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated with a desire to build a long-term book of business.
• Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
