Lead Phlebotomist & Lab Staff Lead

Rush Copley Medical Center is seeking a laboratory supervisor role overseeing staff who process specimens, perform waived testing and phlebotomy. The position requires MLT(ASCP), LCT or equivalent laboratory experience and 3-4 years of phlebotomy experience. Strong communication with patients, physicians and staff is essential.
