Overview We are searching for an experienced Manufacturing Associate at our Cincinnati, OH - Plant facility. Responsibilities Guarantee that all product is built in the correct and most cost-effective manner, ensuring alignment with quality necessities and specifications. Follow safety guidelines set forth by the company. Follow all company policies in accordance with the employee handbook. Learn building materials and all jargon to ensure future growth and knowledge. Guarantee that all job tracking procedures are followed. Requirements High School Diploma or GED A minimum years' experience in a manufacturing environment Previous experience with had tools, tape measures, and drills Fine-tuned communication skills Ability to remember processes and materials used in the building process Technical Learning Learning on the Fly Time Management Action Oriented Leader Relationships Peer Relationships Patience Self-Knowledge Listening A solid understanding of production and organizational methods.
