About The Role We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing comprehensive support for our proprietary software applications, both domestically and internationally. Your primary focus will be to assist our colleagues with inquiries and issues related to our digital tools, ensuring smooth operation and continuous improvement of our systems. You will act as a bridge between end-users and our development teams by translating user feedback and technical problems into actionable software requirements. Additionally, you will manage incident prioritization, escalate critical issues when necessary, and oversee administrative tasks such as user account management and permissions setup. As you gain expertise, you will become a key resource for complex support requests, contribute to documentation updates, and participate actively in the ongoing development of our software solutions. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a completed technical or IT-related qualification, complemented by initial professional experience in a similar environment. A solid understanding of general IT concepts, particularly user-oriented software applications, is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required, and experience with ERP systems like SAP or ticket management tools such as Azure DevOps is advantageous. Excellent communication skills in both German and English are necessary to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients. As your expertise develops, you will become familiar with the underlying processes behind our applications, enabling you to handle more complex support requests confidently. You will also contribute to the creation and regular updating of user documentation, ensuring all stakeholders have access to accurate and current information. Throughout your tenure, you will stay engaged with ongoing software developments, collaborating with colleagues to address issues, implement enhancements, and support new feature rollouts.
