Catalent seeks a Senior Counsel for its Bridgewater, New Jersey corporate office to handle transactional agreements, regulatory compliance, and litigation support. The role involves advising senior management on legal matters across manufacturing, supply, and licensing while supporting business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, analyze, and negotiate manufacturing, packaging, supply, license, and service agreements
- Advise business unit personnel on compliance policies, regulatory issues, and contract matters
- Assist with merger and acquisition activities and resolution of disputes
- Support litigation matters and direct outside counsel on dispute resolution
- Provide general legal guidance to senior management on regulatory compliance and business objectives
Requirements
- Juris Doctor from accredited law school
- Minimum three years transactional or commercial law experience
- Experience in large law firms and/or in-house pharmaceutical settings
- Licensed to practice as in-house lawyer in New Jersey
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to synthesize complex legal issues for diverse stakeholders
Compensation: $210,000–$215,000 base plus bonus
