Sr. Manufacturing Technician - Manufacturing Maintenance

Shift Details:Schedule : Alternating schedule, Monday–Thursday one week; Tuesday–Friday the following weekHours : 10-hour shiftsAbout this roleAs a Senior Manufacturing Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting manufacturing and laboratory operations by ensuring equipment reliability and performance. This role focuses on executing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting complex equipment issues, and partnering with engineering and validation teams to maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient GMP environment. You’ll be a key contributor to maintaining operational continuity and driving continuous improvement across site systems.What you’ll doPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and laboratory equipment in alignment with site proceduresTroubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues to minimize downtimeCreate and execute work orders while ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standardsSupport validation and engineering activities as neededAuthor and update SOPs, job plans, and LOTO documentationCollaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Facilities, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to resolve issues and improve workflowsIdentify opportunities for equipment improvements, spare parts optimization, and maintenance program enhancementsMaintain accurate documentation within CMMS systemsWho you areYou’re a hands-on, solution-oriented technician who thrives in a fast-paced GMP manufacturing environment.
