Opportunity Details Provide comprehensive, compassionate prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care. Maintain a balanced outpatient OBGYN clinic schedule. Perform gynecologic procedures and surgery appropriate to your experience and interests. Collaborate seamlessly with OBGYN physicians, certified nurse-midwives, NPs, and PAs. Participate in labor and delivery coverage and provide high-quality inpatient care. Evaluate and manage patients across the full spectrum of obstetric and gynecologic needs. Contribute to a supportive culture focused on clinical excellence, teamwork, and patient-centered care. Support and mentor residents and learners, as appropriate. Qualifications Board Eligibility and/or Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology Wages and Benefits include: Annual Base Salary: $296,000* (board eligible); $301,000* (board certified) based on 40-hour work week. Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours. The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $435,800** (board eligible) and $441,300** (board certified), which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below: Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $70,200***. Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year’s average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets. Physician Affiliate Group of New York, P.C.
