Opportunity Details Provide comprehensive care across Labor & Delivery, Gynecologic Inpatient Services, Ambulatory OB/GYN, and Gynecologic Surgery. Flexible scheduling with a combination of 8-hour shifts for outpatient OB/GYN care and gynecologic surgery and 12-hour day and night shifts for Labor & Delivery and gynecologic inpatient coverage. 90% clinical responsibilities with 10% protected administrative time dedicated to chart review, teaching, and educational activities. One 24-hour weekend call per month. Supervise and teach OB/GYN Residents in a collaborative academic environment. Work alongside an experienced and highly collaborative Nurse Midwifery team. Opportunities to develop expertise in Complex Family Planning, participate in clinical research, and lead quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications Board Eligibility or Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology Active or eligible for a New York State Medical License Wages and Benefits include Annual Base Salary: $296,000* (board eligible); $301,000* (board certified) based on 40-hour work week. Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours. The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $435,800** (board eligible) and $441,300** (board certified), which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below. Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $70,200***. Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year’s average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets. 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits): Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required. After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
