Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled ICU Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care in a high-acuity environment. This role involves working night shifts with a focus on trauma, cardiovascular, stroke, and neuro patients, ensuring quality outcomes and adherence to clinical protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Administer advanced patient care and monitor critical patient conditions within the ICU setting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Utilize EPIC electronic health records to document patient information accurately and efficiently.
• Float within scope to meet facility needs while maintaining compliance with floating policies.
• Adhere to all certifications, including ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS, ensuring clinical standards are met.
• Manage patients during night shifts, providing continuous assessment and intervention as needed.

Qualifications:

• Current nursing license and compliance with all state and industry licensing standards.
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience, with preference for 3+ years.
• Valid ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and some holidays.
• Proficiency in using EPIC or similar electronic medical records platforms.
• Willingness to float within scope and adapt to various ICU units as needed.
