Registered Respiratory Therapist - Night ShiftLocation: Toledo, OHAssignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.Schedule: Night shift: 4x12-hour (18:30 - 07:00)Job Description: We are seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate must hold an active Ohio RRT license and obtain NRP certification prior to the start date. Experience in high-risk environments is preferred; however, candidates without such experience must be open to high-risk training on-site.ResponsibilitiesProvide respiratory care to adult and geriatric patient populations, as well as pediatric patients as required.Conduct airway management, medication delivery, and pulmonary hygiene.Perform evaluation and treatment of respiratory conditions, including ventilator management and ABG sampling.Respond to emergency codes and rapid response situations, performing CPR and other critical interventions.Assist with high-risk deliveries in the neonatal/pediatric specialty.Manage invasive and non-invasive ventilation and maintain indwelling lines.Float between facilities as needed within the Metro Region.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 1 year of acute care experience required.Active RRT license in Ohio and must have NRP certification prior to starting.Current certifications in BLS and ACLS are mandatory; experience with Epic charting system preferred.Preferred experience in adult critical care and emergency department settings.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
