Location: New Orleans, LA

Schedule: Part-Time (20-25 hours per week) | Compensation: Based on Experience

The Ralph Brennan Restaurant Group is a cornerstone of New Orleans hospitality. Our marketing team manages high-volume concepts, city-wide traditions, and a complex web of digital and print assets.

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to own the day-to-day execution that keeps our brands running smoothly. This role reports to our marketing team, acting as the primary support for promotions, brand identity, and guest engagement. If you are a high-energy "doer" who thrives on organization and follow-through, this is your seat at the table.

Primary Responsibilities

You will take the lead on the essential workflows that drive our guest experience:

Digital Presence & Maintenance: Ensure our "online front doors" are accurate. You'll handle frequent menu updates across multiple websites and keep business listings (Google, Yelp, OpenTable) current.
Brand Asset Support: Support the logistics of our physical brand. This includes auditing menu paper inventory, ordering signage, and ensuring every location is stocked with the collateral they need.
Guest Relations and Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to community feedback, direct messages, and reviews with a professional, brand-aligned voice.
Retail & E-Commerce: Support the fulfillment side of our business, retail inventory tracking, and order shipping.

A Natural Organizer: You find deep satisfaction in a completed checklist and an updated calendar. You can juggle multiple restaurant concepts without breaking a sweat.
An Adaptable Communicator: You can write a professional response to a guest inquiry one minute and coordinate a media reservation the next.
A Proactive Problem Solver: You don't just wait for instructions; you see a menu that needs updating or a low inventory of business cards, and you take action.
Tech-Fluent: You're comfortable with the "basics" (Meta, Google, Yelp) and have a hunger to learn tools like Squarespace, Canva, or OpenTable.
