Involved Unit Based Council Opportunities available to get involved in unit and hospital affairs Self-scheduling What You Will Need Diploma of Nursing OR Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) Required Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred Other - CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency Req 1 Year Experience as a clinical nurse (RN) or completion of an RN residency program Required; One or more years of ICU experience strongly preferred; would consider Emergency, PACU or PCU Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire. BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support --Prior to providing Independent patient care and maintained quarterly ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support--within 90 days of hire CPI-Crisis Prevention Intervention training within 60 days of hire is required A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
