Floor Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dental Floor Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dental practice and ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and service. About the Job Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise dental staff including dental assistants, hygienists, and receptionists. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of dental supplies and equipment. Ensure compliance with all dental regulations and protocols. Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to maximize efficiency. Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality of patient information. Handle patient complaints and resolve conflicts in a professional and timely manner. Handle minor billing and economic practices. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for dental staff. Collaborate with other departments and staff to ensure seamless patient care. Implement and manage dental practice policies and procedures. Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the dental practice. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous management or supervisory experience preferred. (not mandatory) Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures preferred.(not mandatory) Proficient in computer software including Microsoft Office and dental practice management software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
