Senior Litigation Paralegal (Spanish)

A leading plaintiff-side personal injury firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support attorneys in managing complex personal injury matters from inception through resolution. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and compassionate professional who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and is passionate about client advocacy. Key Responsibilities Communicate with clients and provide ongoing case support Draft and finalize legal documents, including complaints, discovery, pleadings, and correspondence Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and court filings, including e-filing Coordinate depositions, subpoenas, and notices Obtain medical records and healthcare lien information Assist with fact investigations and case development Manage electronic filing and document organization systems Qualifications 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience Strong legal drafting and organizational skills Knowledge of court procedures, filing rules, and litigation deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication, professionalism, and attention to detail Bilingual Spanish is required Benefits Medical insurance 401(k) with 4% company match Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave Team events and firm-sponsored activities #J-18808-Ljbffr Direct Counsel
