The Opportunity We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Software Developer to join our Corporate IT team based in our Canton, MA; Boston, MA or Farmington, CT offices on a hybrid schedule or remotely located in Raleigh, NC. Build the platforms that power specialty insurance at global scale. As our Senior Software Developer, you’ll combine hands‑on engineering with team leadership to ship secure, high‑performing solutions across .NET (C#), Angular/React, and Azure. You’ll architect microservices, craft elegant UIs, and automate CI/CD — all while mentoring a high‑impact squad and partnering with product, design, and underwriting to turn complex needs into simple, scalable software that delights users and moves the business. Responsibilities Application Development Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Entity Framework Build dynamic and responsive user interfaces using Angular and React Implement and optimize solutions on Azure, leveraging services such as Azure Functions, App Services, Storage, and Azure DevOps. Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments. Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and QA teams in an Agile/Scrum. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables. Performance & Security Ensure applications meet performance benchmarks and comply with security standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across environments. Education and Experience Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other related fields. 6+ years of software development experience. Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, and RESTful APIs. Hands‑on experience with Angular and React for front‑end development. Proven experience deploying and managing applications in Azure.
