HOUSEKEEPER (FULL TIME)

Job Summary Responsible for performing light cleaning duties keeping establishments clean and orderly. Tasks include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, vacuuming, sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, polishing floors, emptying trash, cleaning fixtures, and responding to guest requests. Essential Duties Provides quality customer service and one‑on‑one attention to detail. Sweeps, scrubs, mops, and polishes floors. Vacuum carpets, rugs, draperies, shampoos, and upholstery. Dusts and polishes furniture and fittings. Cleans metal fixtures and fittings; cleans wash basins, mirrors, tubs, showers. Empties and cleans trash containers; disposes of trash in a sanitary manner. Wipes down glass surfaces. Changes linens and makes beds as required. Realigns furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout. Responds to guest queries, requests, and housekeeping problems. Contributes to team efforts; exhibits professionalism with customers and associates. Performs other duties as assigned. Location MUSC Charleston - 1 Medical Park Drive, Chester, SC 29706. Schedule Full-time schedule; first and third shift available. Hours and days may vary. Further details upon interview. Requirements No experience necessary. Training will be provided. Pay $15.00 - $19.00 per hour.
