Harris ML Group is an authorized franchise with Jani-King commercial cleaning services. We are seeking a janitorial technician to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
**This location hires for multiple facilities** Responsibilities:- Work up to 11 hours per week. Hours vary based on facility.
- Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
- Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Organize custodial closets and spaces
- Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work after hours. This is an after 5pm account
- Ability to stand for 2-3 hours consecutively
- Ability to handle a physical workload.
- Ability to lift 15 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Commerical cleaning experience is highly desired but not mandatory.
