Are you a proactive, high-energy closer who knows how to hunt for business instead of waiting for it to walk through the door?

Middletown Chevrolet is looking for an Experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join our fast-paced team. We aren't looking for order-takers who just sit around waiting for the phone to ring. We want highly motivated self-starters who are ready to aggressively work a pipeline, leverage modern technology, and build their personal brand online.

We give you the tools to win: We supply high-quality leads to drive customer interest, and we are proud to be the only certified Costco Chevrolet dealership in the area—giving you access to a steady stream of serious, high-intent buyers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Be a Proactive GoGetter: Don't wait for "ups." Actively reach out to prospective and existing customers via phone, text, and email to generate appointments and drive sales.
• Master the Tech: Utilize our stateoftheart communication and CRM tools, including Podium, TruVideo and Autohub, to connect with customers seamlessly and efficiently.
• Work Provided & Exclusive Leads: Capitalize on the highquality leads we provide, as well as the exclusive, highclosing traffic generated from our certified Costco auto program.
• Own the Floor & The Feed: Use platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to promote the dealership, showcase fresh inventory, and build yourself as the goto car expert in the area.
• Create Raving Fans: Deliver a premium, lowpressure customer experience that builds longterm relationships and drives referral business.
• Showcase the Product: Conduct engaging vehicle walkarounds (inperson and on video), demonstrations, and test drives.
• Collaborate & Close: Partner seamlessly with our sales managers and finance department to structure deals and get customers on the road.

What You Bring to the Table

• The Hunter Mentality: You are highly motivated, competitive, and refuse to sit around waiting for a customer to come to you.
• Modern Sales Skills: Previous automotive sales experience is preferred. You are comfortable making outbound calls, sending video messages, and following up relentlessly.
• Social Media Savvy: You have experience (or a strong willingness to learn) using social platforms to market yourself, the dealership, and our vehicles.
• Exceptional Communicator: You know how to listen to what a customer wants and present the perfect solution, both in person and digitally.
• Flexibility: Available to work evenings and weekends when our customers need us most.
• Bilingual Skills (A Plus!): Fluency in Spanish is not required, but it is a strong plus that we reward with a signon bonus.
• Requirements: A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
