What You'll Do:

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment to patients under supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Use evidence-based practices for clinical interventions
• Administer procedures including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive devices
• Assess patient progress and communicate updates to supervising therapists
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about treatment plans and progress
• Document all treatments and patient interactions accurately in electronic health records
• Participate in team meetings, care conferences, and training sessions
• Support student supervision under the guidance of a Physical Therapist
• Comply with all regulatory, ethical, and professional standards during practice

What You Need:

• Valid license as a PTA in Oklahoma
• Prior experience in Long Term Care preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adhere to practice acts, ethics, and confidentiality requirements
