Automotive Detailer

Automotive Reflections Collision Center – Hugo, MN
Pay: $20–$24/hour, depending on experience

Automotive Reflections Collision Center is looking for a dependable, motivated Automotive Detailer to join our team.

We are a family-owned collision and automotive repair shop looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to the details, and enjoys being part of a team.

• Complete interior and exterior detailing of customer vehicles
• Clean vehicles thoroughly before final delivery
• Wash, vacuum, wipe down, clean windows, wheels and tires
• Perform buffing and polishing when needed and based on experience
• Remove minor overspray, compound residue and shop dust
• Help prepare completed vehicles for customer pickup
• Maintain a clean and organized detail area
• Help keep the shop and work areas clean and organized
• Move vehicles in and out of the shop as needed
• Help ensure vehicles are safely brought inside or secured at the end of the day
• Assist the production team with general shop support when detailing work is caught up
• Follow shop safety and quality-control procedures

• Previous automotive detailing experience preferred
• Buffing and polishing experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable and on time
• Able to work independently while also helping the team
• Willing to learn and take on additional skills
• Takes pride in producing a clean, finished vehicle for the customer
• Valid driver's license

$20–$24 per hour, depending on experience, skill level and ability to perform the position independently.

Higher starting pay may be considered for someone with strong detailing, buffing, polishing, and collision-shop experience.
