What We're Looking For Must meet Ohio Child Care Administrator qualifications. 2+ years of leadership experience in a licensed childcare, preschool, or early childhood setting. Knowledge of Ohio licensing regulations and compliance requirements. Proven ability to lead teams, manage operations, and develop educators. Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Experience with accreditation programs, Step Up To Quality (SUTQ), or other quality improvement initiatives preferred. Why Join Enchanted Care?
