We're looking for a Preschool Program Manager to oversee our Pre-K and Head Start programs while supporting teachers, children, and families. What You'll Do Lead the daily operations of our Preschool and Head Start classrooms. Coach, mentor, and support teachers to help them succeed. Ensure classrooms provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment. Assist teachers with classroom management and behavior support. Partner with families and outside specialists to support children's development. Ensure compliance with licensing and Head Start standards. Help drive professional development and continuous program improvement. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in an early childhood setting. Previous leadership or supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of child development and classroom management. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree or Early Childhood Teaching License. Director or Administrator Credential. Experience with Head Start, Social-Emotional Learning (SEL), PBIS, trauma-informed practices, or behavior support.
