Food Prep Associate

Description Job Overview: We are looking to add 2 fruit ninjas to our team in our Prepped Food department! If you have fast knife skills, attention to detail, and good time management, then you are the right person for this job! While we do provide all materials needed to complete the job, employees are welcome to bring their own preferred knife kits and slicers. Pay will be determined on an individual basis, based on your experience, skill level, speed, and initiative. Previous food handling or prep experience is required. Shift Options: (3) 12hr Shifts (4) 10hr Shifts (5) 8hr Shifts. Weekend availability is required for this position. Duties: Prep a large variety of cut fruits at a high speed and volume. Prepare basic prepped food items, such as pico de gallo, chicken salad, fruit salads, etc. Keep a clean and tidy work space while following all state regulations that are required. Ability to self manage and good time management skills. Stocking the retail area with the prepped foods and fruits. Other various tasks to support the store as assigned. Experience: Previous food handling or food prep experience ServSafe certified preferred.
