Recruiter LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Recruiter with at least 2 years of experience working in a similar role. This is a Temporary opportunity located in Queens, NY. Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical positions including Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Social Workers, Therapists, Behavioral Health Professionals, Case Managers, Medical Assistants, and other healthcare staff. Partner closely with hiring managers and department leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms, professional associations, referrals, networking events, and community outreach initiatives. Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate hiring manager interviews to assess candidate qualifications and organizational fit. Maintain a consistent pipeline of active and passive candidates for hard-to-fill and high-volume positions. Facilitate offer negotiations and support candidates through the onboarding process. Track recruiting activity, hiring metrics, and candidate status within the applicant tracking system (ATS). Ensure compliance with employment laws, healthcare regulations, credentialing requirements, and organizational hiring policies. Develop and maintain relationships with nursing schools, universities, professional organizations, and community partners to support talent acquisition efforts.
