Staff Zone Headquarters is looking for a well-rounded Corporate Recruiter to join our amazing HR team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas. This candidate should be able to source candidates both through online sourcing and a more boots on the ground, cold calling sourcing approach. Travel will be required as needed. **Please note this is an in-office role** Responsibilities Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions Conduct interviews via phone, zoom or in-person Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews Serve as contact person for questions from candidates Meet monthly quotas related to calls and emails Post open positions timely Attend job fairs as needed Actively source for all open positions to find quality candidates Ability to be in office Monday-Friday to fulfill job responsibilities Qualifications Bachelor's degree, preferred (or 3-5 years Recruiting experience) Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Experience working with Microsoft Office suite High-energy and passion Demonstrated ability to meet quotas Medical Vision Life Insurance Additional supplemental plans offered 401k with company match Paid time off Company Cell phone About Us: Staff Zone is a nationally accredited woman and privately-owned business that believes in women working in construction!
