Technical Recruiter OpportunityBrickhouse Resources is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be relationship-focused, dedicated to delivering a quality recruitment experience for both hiring managers and candidates, and someone who is able to function independently but enjoys collaborating and celebrating with a team.In this role, you will:Lead the recruitment process including intake meetings with hiring managers, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, sharing feedback, and extending offersRepresent Brickhouse's People Driven brand values and culture by supporting a transparent, quality-focused, and enjoyable candidate and client experienceAssist with writing and posting job descriptionsParticipate in Brickhouse's CARE program through on-going communication and celebration of our consultants and clientsHelp attract, train, and support additional Brickhouse team membersYou bring:Prior agency recruiting experienceAn emphasis on quality over quantity recruitment practicesA focus on building long-term relationships and delivering a positive candidate and client experienceA desire to experiment and try new things and an interest in growing and enhancing our company brand and presenceYou enjoy tacos (this one is best explained in a conversation if you're curious, let's taco 'bout it!)Brickhouse offers:100% remote workWork-Life BalanceSupportive and fun team environmentCompetitive base salary, commission, healthcare benefits, and retirement savings plan
