Job Title: HR Generalist

Who: An HR professional with 3-5 years of experience supporting managers and employees in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.

What: Provide hands-on HR support including employee relations, onboarding, compliance, performance management, policy administration, and reporting.

Salary: $75,000 annually plus year-end bonus.

Position Overview:

Seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations for a multi-site workforce. This role serves as a trusted partner to managers and employees, providing guidance on employee relations, compliance, onboarding, and performance management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
• Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws.
• Administer and interpret company policies and procedures.
• Support performance management and manager coaching initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Prepare month-end and ad hoc HR reports.
• Foster a positive workplace culture while promoting consistency and accountability.
• Build strong relationships with managers across multiple locations.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience supporting multi-location operations.
• Strong employee relations, investigations, and compliance background.
• Experience with onboarding, manager coaching, and policy interpretation.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in construction, field service, or similar industries preferred.
• Experience with Paycom is a plus.
