The nurse-to-patient ratio will be 4:1. Floating between different areas of the unit may be required. The nurse will be expected to handle patient ratios ranging from 1:4 to 1:5. Candidates must have neuro experience and familiarity with specific medications. Reading EKG rhythms is a necessary skill for this role. It is crucial to have all demographic information loaded in the profile for confirmation. Cultural fit is very important; travelers will be integrated into the team and expected to function as core staff. All required documentation must be provided prior to the start date.
