Willing to learn new and emerging technologiesExperience in CI/CD development environments/tools: Git, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, GCP DevOpsHave led a team of 9+ engineers/mangers and owned accountability of E2E deliveryAdvocacy for engineering and operational excellenceWorking knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database technologiesExceptional communication and interpersonal skills - including negotiation, facilitation, and consensus‑building skills; ability to influence and persuade, without direct control.
