We are a state-certified provider of home care services, offering families alternatives to facility placement and helping individuals maintain independence at home.

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team and provide Private Duty Nursing care for pediatric and young adult clients in their home environments.

Job Responsibilities

• The administrator prescribed medications.

• Provide G-tube and GJ-tube feedings.

• Perform blood draws, and IV therapy.

• Deliver personal and advanced personal care supporting clients in all aspects of daily living and routines.

• Accompany clients to appointments and activities out of the house as needed.

• Assessing patients to determine what their ongoing physical, mental and emotional needs are.

• Administering medications orally, intravenously or via injection, inhaler or G-tube and GJ-tube

• Monitoring and tracking patient vital signs, such as heart rate, blood pressure and body temperature

• Performing services and treatments, such as cleaning wounds, changing catheters and caring for ostomy sites

• Coordinating care with Physicians, Therapists, Social Workers and other medical professionals

• Educating patients and family caregivers about managing chronic health conditions

• Maintaining accurate records and safeguarding private medical information

Requirements

• Current and active MO LPN licensure . KS License a plus

• CPR certification (preferred, required prior to start).

• Current I.V. Therapy certification

• Must pass drug screen , TB test , and background check .

• Strong communication skills and adaptability to varying home environments.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation .

• Flexible availability (evenings, overnights and weekends).

• PRN up to 40 plus hours available

• Must be able to travel up to 30 miles in and around the Kansas City MO, Metro area.
