Associate Director, Commercial Insights & Analytics

Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals seeks an Associate Director of Commercial Insights & Analytics to lead data analysis and performance reporting for ARCALYST, a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company's lead product. The role combines SQL and Tableau expertise to transform complex commercial datasets into actionable insights for senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Own ARCALYST commercial analytics in Snowflake, writing SQL to integrate and structure multi-source pharmaceutical data
- Build and maintain patient-level, prescriber, and account-level data models supporting longitudinal analysis
- Deliver monthly brand performance reports and quarterly business review insights to senior leadership
- Design and maintain dynamic Tableau dashboards for brand, sales, access, and patient services teams
- Partner with IT, data vendors, and commercial teams to resolve data quality issues and onboard new sources
Requirements
- Advanced SQL proficiency and hands-on experience with Snowflake or similar data platforms
- Expertise building and maintaining Tableau dashboards for executive and operational audiences
- Proven experience analyzing pharmaceutical commercial data (specialty pharmacy, claims, formulary)
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify trends and recommend business actions
- Experience partnering across cross-functional teams in regulated healthcare environments
- Proficiency documenting data models, KPIs, and business rules for governance and scaling
