Global Equity & Reward Strategy Leader

Vialto is seeking a Manager, Global Equity & Reward to lead design, implementation, and compliance of global equity programs for multinational clients. You will manage projects across the full lifecycle of share plans while collaborating with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Tax teams in a hub model. This global role operates with core professionals in the US, UK, and Australia, and requires hybrid work from NYC or Stamford with periodic client travel.
