Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support tenants and visitors with exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.10 / Hour Job Schedule: Daytime Saturday: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM Sunday: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office buildings, common areas, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations to help deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points, visitor activity, and vendor arrivals in accordance with property protocols, helping to support an orderly environment for occupants and guests. Assist with security-related incident reporting, foot patrol activity, and follow-up on property-related issues such as unsecured doors, lighting concerns, and other conditions observed during assigned rounds. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
