Requisition Number: R-23689 Facility: LOC0028 - 30 Reservoir Park Drive30 Reservoir Park Drive Rockland, MA 02370 Department Name: SSH VNA Team 2 Status: Full time Budgeted Hours: 40 Shift: Day (United States of America) In collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, provides therapeutic services as part of the rehabilitation process, under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. Compensation Pay Range: $28.30 - $40.50 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Patient Care Provides appropriate and comprehensive treatments in accordance with established departmental and discipline specific standards of care and practice and within insurance parameters as required Implements patient care using evidence based practice Practices within the legal boundaries of Massachusetts license and other professional and governmental agencies Directs other licensed and non-licensed personnel as required, such as Rehab aides and volunteers. Required Licenses / Registrations PTA - Physical Therapist Assistant Maintain active Physical Therapy Assistant license to practice in Massachusetts Required Classes/Skills - BLS - Basic Life Support .
