This position requires working from drawings, measurements, and job specifications to produce accurate, high-quality components in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Perform MIG welding and other welding processes as required Fit, tack, weld, and assemble metal components Read and interpret fabrication drawings and work orders Accurately use tape measures, squares, and other measuring tools Cut, grind, drill, and prepare metal for welding and assembly Set up and safely operate welding and fabrication equipment Inspect welds and completed assemblies for quality and accuracy Make repairs or modifications to fabricated components when necessary Maintain production pace while meeting quality standards Follow job specifications and production schedules Maintain a clean and safe work area Work with fabricators, production personnel, engineering, and supervisors to complete jobs on time Requirements Previous welding experience MIG welding experience Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and work orders Ability to use tape measures, squares, and other measuring tools Experience fitting, tacking, welding, and assembling metal components Ability to cut, grind, drill, and prepare metal Ability to inspect finished welds and components for qualityCommitment to workplace safety and quality standards Work Environment Manufacturing and metal fabrication environment Hands-on welding, fitting, and assembly work Use of welding and fabrication equipment Requires attention to detail, safety, and production deadlines #ZR #J-18808-Ljbffr
