Role Overview As a Registered Nurse (RN) in Cardiac Telemetry, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, collaborating with medical providers and the care team to ensure positive clinical outcomes. Your responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, performing procedures, administering medications, and documenting care accurately. You will respond promptly to patient needs and educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatments, and follow-up care.
