We're backed by top tier investors like Y Combinator and have offices in NYC, Boston, Richmond, and London.Location: Richmond, VA (100% In person)Employment Type: Full-Time (Hourly, Non-Exempt)Compensation: $20–$25 per hour + overtime (Typical annual earnings: $57,000–$72,000 including overtime)About the RoleWe are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support cross-functional initiatives across customer operations, customer success, finance & billing, and internal business operations.This is a floating, high-impact role designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and wants exposure to how a high-growth company actually runs behind the scenes.You will work directly with senior leaders and department heads to keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward.
