Work Environment\n

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients, evaluating the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms to understand their needs.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that align with the individual goals and preferences of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address mood disorders and relationship challenges.

• Educate and support clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to promote holistic healing.

• Continuously monitor clients' progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists and healthcare professionals to integrate care and provide comprehensive support to clients.

• Stay current with research and advancements in mental health treatment to enhance therapeutic strategies and approaches.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards to protect client privacy.

Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
