Role Overview Contracts & Negotiation Professional at Kyndryl provides sound, well‑reasoned legal, commercial, and contract guidance in both English and Spanish to businesses and internal functions. The role involves participating in or leading significant, complex negotiations of IT services contracts, preparing required contractual documentation, ensuring compliance with established contracting policies, practices, and delegations, and working on international contracts with cross‑border teams. Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate complex services agreements. Assist with the development of responses to RFPs. Identify and mitigate legal, technical, and business issues and risks. Assist with the resolution of contract‑related disputes. Coordinate with other company functions (Legal, Risk, Tax, and Accounting) to ensure compliance with company policies. Analyze and interpret basic financial data and business concepts and assess the impact of alternative courses of action. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. 5+ years of experience on complex contracts & negotiations, including drafting and interpreting contracts and providing advice on legal, contractual, technical, and business requirements. Fluent in English and Spanish, with experience managing contracts in both languages. Ability to multitask and balance a demanding workload. Proven ability to establish and nurture client relationships and work constructively with team members. Willingness to travel 10% annually. Residency within a 50‑mile radius of a major airport. Detail oriented, self‑motivated, and creative thinker with strong oral and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Master’s or Juris Doctorate degree. At least 5 years of IT transactional support and/or legal/business interpretation of general service scope and contracts. 2+ years of experience with outsourcing agreements. Compensation The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $124,920 to $237,480 based on a full‑time schedule. Location‑specific ranges vary as follows: California (SanFrancisco Bay Area): $149,880 to $284,880; California (All Other): $137,400 to $261,120; Colorado: $124,920 to $237,480; Massachusetts: $124,920 to $261,120; NewYorkCity: $149,880 to $284,880; Washington: $137,400 to $261,120; WashingtonDC: $137,400 to $261,120.
