Job Details:

• Location: Wheat Ridge, Colorado
• Shift: Days, 8 hours per day
• Hours per Week: 40 hours minimum
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; Valid CPR Certification; 6 months to 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; Colorado state licensure in good standing; Ability to perform 60-minute evaluations and follow-ups every 30 minutes.
• Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations and develops treatment plans based on clinical reasoning. Ensures documentation complies with federal, state, and organizational policies. Participates in student programs and pursues professional growth through continuing education. Maintains licensure and adheres to professional standards and the organizations performance improvement methodology.
