We are working with an 80 unit apartment complex in Anderson who is in need of additional help in their busy office. 

The Manager is looking for someone who is very organized and can handle an environment with a lot of phone, email and in-person traffic (tenant relations!)

The hours are 8:30am-5pm Monday-Friday and paying around $18/hr.

Major Responsibilities

• Answering phones and emails 
• Meet and greet tenants and new applicants who are interested in applying for residency in the building.
• Creating application packets and preparing for resident interviews.

Qualifications

• Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational matters .
• Highly motivated and self-starter attitude.
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
