Evaluates communication skills, develops and implements individualized therapy plans aligned with student IEP goals. Collaborates with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote academic, social, and functional success. Maintains accurate documentation and monitors student progress. Ensures compliance with special education requirements while fostering positive relationships with students, families, and staff.
