Qualifications

58 years environmental compliance experience; 3+ years supporting Army or DoD environmental programs.

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, or related field; HAZWOPER certification required.

Regulatory interpretation (EPA/OSHA), hazardous waste documentation, inspection readiness, data tracking.

• Strategic leadership, risk management, decision-making, communication with senior Army stakeholders, operational governance.
